Last night, at 6:00 PM, Apple and AT&T released the iPhone (to most of you this is no surprise). I’m not sure why this tends to be the case these days but the first thing to appear online after the release were multiple sites taking the iPhone apart and putting it through some stress tests (*tear*). Instead of being interested in the functionality of the $500/$600 gadget lets take a look at the guts! Such geeks… of course, I’ve looked at every photo.

I’ve had the fortunate pleasure of working with Tina Roth Eisenberg over the past few weeks on a project. Her client abitare, a home accessories and gift store in Brooklyn Heights, needed a website and I was able to help construct the newest addition to Tina’s many beautiful creations. I got the chance to see the shop and meet Lizzie while I was in New York on Friday. It’s rare to meet such a talented and pleasant designer teamed up with a wonderful client.

Workshop: Using Google Analytics

John Ford Jun 4, 2007

Google Analytics Dashboard The June Triad Web Meetup is going to be about using the new Google Analytics interface. Google Analytics is a free tool which provides you with reports about your website visitors. How many visitors you get, where they came from, what pages they look at, keywords they used to find your site and much more. It’s an extremely valuable tool to measure the effectiveness of your website and learn how to make it better.

Google released a completely revamped interface to their analytics tool in May 2007. We’ll go through setting up the analytics tool for your website and how to get the most out of the reports.
